Legacy Golf Course

The Granite City Park District is proud to offer an 18 Hole, Public Golf Course. The golf course was designed by Hale Irwin, and was originally managed by his firm for the first few years. The Granite City Park District took over ownership of Legacy in October, 2009, and has consistently invested into the facility ever since.
Granite City Ice Rink
Skate on over!
The Granite City Ice Rink offers our community the opportunity to host a wide array of recreation during the fall and winter months. These include public ice skating sessions, figure skating, as well as ice hockey for numerous local ice hockey clubs.
Public sessions are held Fridays 7:30 - 9:30pm, Saturdays 7:45 - 9:45pm, Sundays 1:30 - 3:30pm (Except 11/21, 12/12, 01/9, 01/16 those date's times are 1:45 - 3:45pm). Children and seniors are $5, Adults are $6. A park ID knocks a dollar off those admissions. $2 for Skate Rental.

The Wilson Park Pool has been a great resource to our community to beat the heat in our unpredictable midwestern summers. Our pool traditionally opens Memorial Day weekend and closes the day before Granite City School District returns to class.
Lincoln Place Community Center

Looking for a space for your next event? Lincoln Place Community Center holds numerous options.
- West Room - Holds 75 people with tables and chairs for $162 (4 hours) and $22 for each additional hour.
- Gym Rental - Available for Basketball for $110 (2 hours) and $28 for each additional hour
- All reservations can be made in the main park office.
- Center closes at 6pm
Brown Recreation Center
Brown Recreation Center serves multiple purposes to our community. From an indoor walking area for seniors to housing our pre-school program. It also houses out beloved gymnastics program!
