An introductory hockey program for children ages 5-8. This program is supervised by a staff of coaches that are certified by USA Hockey.
All participants must be able to skate forward, backward, stop, and be able to do forward and backward crossovers. This class is instructed by a National Bronze Sped Skating Champion, Kim Werths.
This class is for ages 3 and up, it is led by a level 7 Freestyle Skater, Kim Werths. Kim has worked for the the Park District for over 30 years!

Looking for a fun way to stay active through the long winter months? We have just the thing
for you! Co-Ed Volleyball held at the Grigsby Intermediate Gymnasium. This is a fun, recreational league for adults. Rosters will be available in mid September. Space is limited to eight teams!

Brown Recreation Center is open for Park District residents who enjoy walking for fitness. This is a FREE unsupervised activity.

7:45am - 8:30am & 2:15pm - 4:00pm
All classes are held at the Lincoln Place Community Center.
Loose, comfortable clothing should be worn at each session. Supportive, flat, non-slip shoes (such as sneakers) should be worn.
